It has been almost 3 weeks now since I have tried to get a response from this company to replace 2 windows which the seals have leaked. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. Every time I have been able to get the receptionist/CSR on the phone they tell me the service manager Oleg is out and will return my call - so far these last 3 calls have not be returned. Good luck if you ever have to get your newly installed windows serviced under warranty at a later date - also remember price and initial install service is fine but when you spend this kind of money the long term service is what really makes the choice worth while.
UPDATE: I have been contacted by both the service technician and the service manager concerning my review - they will be expediting the service request and were very concerned with my satisfaction. I will update this review when the service has been completed.
