On the first cold day of winter in our new house Flavio came to the rescue. Our outdoor faucet had no apparent turn off. Flavio was able to respond that day and find it buried in a basement wall which had been renovated by previous owners. He was able to solve the problem and we were able to avoid having any pipes frozen. Excellent, timely work.

Flavio helped us get a newly purchased house up to speed - replacing an old faucet, old shower cartridges...the most impt work he did was to ensure that our toilets were properly seated - they hadn't been and our house was rife with sewer stink. We recently renovated our catering facility and the job was done to all bylaws and codes satisfying inspectors and food and safety boards.

The job was done in a timely manner. No shortcuts were taken and it was an extremely clean job.

I would definately reccomend Flavio and his team to anyone who needs plumbing work done whether it's for the home or business.

Exceeded standard building codes, as all contractors should. Entire home was layout with great care and foresight. Finishing work was done with exceptional attention to detail. He also added sound damping insulation in the bathroom walls to deaden any noise created by the fixtures. What a difference compared to standard build homes. The entire house was done in 3/4 inch copper and it showed in overall water pressure at all the fixtures. It was well worth the extra money.
