Ordered a King Beauty Rest, 1 Queen set and cabinet in June. I received the King set and cabinet in July. I was not too pleased with delivery (damaged my walls) but that was the least of my problems. It is now September and I have yet to receive the Queen set. It was suppose to be delivered last Thursday (Aug 24) but this was an error and was advised it would be delivered today (Aug 31) between 3-6 pm. When the delivery was not at my residence by 6:30 pm I called The Brick who could not give a definite time for delivery. I advised the rep that if the delivery people do not arrive by 7 pm not to bother. Well, they showed up at 10 pm and advised me I had to notify the store and reschedule since I refused the delivery at that hour. I will never purchase another item at The Brick.
