Ordered a King Beauty Rest, 1 Queen set and cabinet in June. I received the King set and cabinet in July. I was not too pleased with delivery (damaged my walls) but that was the least of my problems. It is now September and I have yet to receive the Queen set. It was suppose to be delivered last Thursday (Aug 24) but this was an error and was advised it would be delivered today (Aug 31) between 3-6 pm. When the delivery was not at my residence by 6:30 pm I called The Brick who could not give a definite time for delivery. I advised the rep that if the delivery people do not arrive by 7 pm not to bother. Well, they showed up at 10 pm and advised me I had to notify the store and reschedule since I refused the delivery at that hour. I will never purchase another item at The Brick.

My first phase of the move (Niagara Falls storage to Hercules storage) was extremely satisfactory. The four man crew worked in unison to complete the task with utmost care of my belongings. I will write my final review when my items are delivered to Moncton. So far, I am extremely satisfied with this company's services. Hercules Moving Co. finalized my move to Moncton on 6/15. I cannot praise this company enough. I highly recommend this company for your long distance moves. I received all my items and they were extremely careful of the walls and flooring in my new home. I will certainly use this company in future and recommend to all my family and friends. Of special note, Hercules Movers took special care to wrap items my Texas movers had been negligent in doing properly. Thank you so much Hercules staff!!!!
