Brick

We ordered bedroom furniture from the Brick. The delivery van didnt turn up when they said they would. I wasted 8 hours waiting around for them. Eventually they arrived and some of the furniture was damaged before they took it out of the truck. Other pieces the delivery staff damaged when carrying in to the house. I would not recommend this company or their cheap furniture.

It was okay service. The brick is the brick. They try to sell you something other than what you are looking for. They also really push their extended warranty's. I know this is how they make their commision but if I wanted it I would have asked for it. Leave it alone.

I bought a bed in march of 2007 and the service was great - I had visited many stores prior to this one and although there were similar prices, it came down to quality and service for me - i was very satisfied

Salesperson advised to purchase specific TV wall mount. I later found it to be not necessary as a stand was included. The mount cost $100. It was not returnable for refund or credit in store after 14 days. I own a $100 mount, I have no need for.
