I am writing this letter to thank Brentview Electronics, and particularly Mr. Guy Corapi for the persistence demonstrated in finalizing a difficult installation of our entertainment system (sound system, plasma TV). First of all, the system looks wonderful and sounds great. The Niveus system, as it stands now, is operating fully and is so versatile that it truly enhances our enjoyment. However, there were problems with the Niveus system that even Niveus(!) could not figure out how to fix. Fortunately Guy was absolutely persistent in his efforts to figure out what was wrong and eventually solved the problem by adding an external disc drive and making sure that our cabinet was ventilated better. Guy went above and beyond the call of duty, once even arriving at our home at about 7 in the morning, with his little daughter in tow so that he could address the issues. In addition to his service calls, Brentview stood behind its products and reputation by providing an upgraded self-ventilated Niveus for no additional cost since it was clear that our cabinet, although ventilated, seemed to demand that a self-ventilated unit be installed. As well, the store manager Mr. S. deWeerd's promise to replace the Niveus system with a high quality Pioneer disc player (and a refund for the difference in cost) should Guy eventually not be able to repair the system, also showed Brentview's dedication to customer satisfaction. Well, as said above, Guy was eventually able to solve our problems, despite the fact that the manufacturer actually could not arrive at a solution! We now have a nicely operating system, and are enjoying it immensely.
Things don’t always go right in any business and that’s understandable. But the big difference between companies that are truly service-oriented such as Brentview, versus those that are merely sales centres, is that in Brentview’s case, your company and staff (especially Guy Corapi) worked persistently to satisfy us leaving Brentview with another happy customer.
