Brampton Kitchen & Cabinets Ltd

My name is Mike G. and I would like to share an experience that I had while dealing with Brampton Kitchen. Several months ago, I purchased a kitchen from Brampton Kitchen. The kitchen when installed looked absolutely amazing when completed and the people who installed the kitchen were nothing but first class. Our sales representative who no longer works there was also first class. A couple of months after the install, I noticed the 3 doors that were not shutting properly. They were warped at the top. I wanted to take care of this right away but just never got to it. The other day I finally got some time and called Brampton Kitchen. I was expecting a battle because my kitchen was purchased and installed in mid-2014. I was expecting them to say that the kitchen is out of warranty; your sales rep does not work here anymore etc., however to my surprise the lady at the front desk just told me to bring the doors in that I had a problem with. I could not believe my ears. Somebody actually cared about their customers and did everything to make them happy. Wow. Not what I expected in today’s world of retail where you are very lucky to even get somebody to talk to you. Thanks to Brampton Kitchen for making our day. And the next time that I need some cabinetry work done, I will not hesitate to contact Brampton Kitchen.
