Borrice Heating & Air Conditioning

Leslie Borrice was hired to install new duct work, furnace, ac, HRV unit for a new construction. He started the work alright. halfway through he asked for up front payments which it did not comply with the contract we had. However, I tried to help him in whichever way possible so i paid him in advance. Once he got his money he never came back. Called him a he was very disrespectful and rude. I had to hire someone else to finish his work and thats when I found that some of his work that was was done was not even up to standard and was done poorly. What's more he installed a brand new furnace for my own house as well which he installed poorly and cost me an extra $750 to fix. not to mention we had no head in the middle of winter for 3 days. BEWARE he is a con artist and a fraud.

Just had Les, and his team install a new furnace , and A/C unit. I'm very pleased at the professional job they did, and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Les insisted that he be paid in advance. After collecting payment we did part of of the job in several stages, people will show and after calling they will show up again. After I was told the job was complete, we installed dry wall and durin ginsurance inspection it was discovered that the duct work was not connected in the basement. When called there was no answer, therefore a text message was sent, he called back and said " I am not dropping what I am doing and showing up there, this was a job that should have been completed last year. Commenced to swear and hung up. Very unprofessional

When contacted, Les showed up on time. We discussed the size of A/C unit. I wanted a small unit installed but Les explained exactly how an air conditioner needs to be "sized". I took his advice and installed a bit larger unit. The bigger unit was a very good choice due to the extremely hot summers. The unit was installed within one hour. Les returned during the hot weather to make sure that I was satisified with his choice of "size".
