We made a transaction back in September, early October paid money upfront. Paul ( the owner) promised that the night stands will be delivered 2-4 weeks max. When we called to follow up in November, Paul advised that there is a delay. He was keep coming p with the excuses up until the end of December. In January he closed his store and disconnected his phone. STAY AWAY from this store ( online store as well)

We love this place! Paul is the most amazing person to deal with. Their furniture is a great bang for the buck. We will continue to shop there. They are all so helpful and accommodating! Shop there; you will be happy you did!! Thanks again for all of your help Paul and see you in the near future!

I searched the internet for good quality modern furniture and found BLVD interiors. I contacted the business by email and was able to communicate with a quick reply from Paul who is located at the Queen St. West location. I made my way to the store and was greeted by Paul who is extremely cheerful and helpful. I purchased a queen size bed that we assembled last night and I love it. It was a great price for a modern, simple to assemble bed. We are very pleased with our experience with BLVD interiors. It is so much better getting personal service like this rather than going to other big stores. It is people like Paul that make Toronto more livable!

They have a small but yet a unique collection of table lamps. They also carry floor lamps and pendant lamps which I found over priced and not so flattering. I have seen better ones at Ikea. Note that they do not carry most of the items on their website in their display room in Toronto so if you like something in particular, call them in advance to arrange the viewing/shipment.

I recently bought 3 pieces of furnitures from this store. The stuff were all friendly especially Richard. This guy really knows what good customer service is. He won't pressure you and will just make you feel comfortable. I decided to buy on that day because of the excellent service I got from Richard.

We decided to pick up the furnitures ourselves and Richard promised us that everything will be ready on the agreed date. The night table was not in stock so he phoned me about this and gave me a discount on the floor model. The furnitures were ready when we picked them up as promised. As I was on the process of moving, I have not opened the boxes yet but Richard called me and told me that some shelves were left behind so he offered to bring them to my condo. He even helped me install it.That's what what you call excellent customer service.

I have seen some bad reviews here so I checked out the store myself but my experiece was really good. I heard that this is now being run by another owner so the stuff and management are completely different. I highly recommend this store. They have nice stuff and watch out when they go on sale so you can get the best deal. Look for Richard, Paul or Kevin.

After looking at some store reviews online I thought I would try BLVD since most people usually write bad reviews and not good ones, I took a chance since their website was so nice. I called in for prices and the staff were courteous. When I went to visit the store I was impressed by the customer service and fast delivery, I got a full bedroom set from Quebec and it is beautiful! I can't express how much I love the bed, it's called the Diva! It's perfection! The delivery guys were really helpful with advice on how to assemble and I am really happy I bought from BLVD! I have recommended this store to all my friends who are in the market for modern furniture with competitive prices.

After reviewing a number of websites in search of furnishing for two of our Downtown Toronto condos, we chose to visit BLVD a few blocks from our home. We chose BLVD not just on the basis of their proximity to our home but rather because we found their website (moreso the merchandise on the site) very appealing.

We arrived at the store on Queen West shortly after 12 noon on Saturday July 18, 2008 and upon entering (the otherwise empty) store observed three female members of staff conversing at a counter along the western wall of the showroom. We walked towards them and upon noticing that we were being COMPLETELY IGNORED, I covertly whispered to my wife "I wonder if they greet customers. I don't think I can give my money to these folks".

Nevertheless, we needed furniture and quietly proceeded towards the back of the showroom where a few interesting pieces were displayed. It became quite evident that the staff had not an iota of etiquette (or business sense) when one of the young ladies, upon making her way to the back of the store walked right up to us and said "excuse me please" (not "hello, may we help you with anything? or "hello, how are you today?") and walked right by as I (a customer) had to step out of HER way.

At this point my wife asked the ladies "doesn't anyone say hello to customers" at which point one of the ladies walked over and gave a half-baked excuse that "the noise of the air conditioning" does not allow them to hear customers (who walked no more than 2 feet by the counter at which they were conversing).

There was a further discussion in which one of the ladies who upon my asking "who manages the store" replied "we all work here". She then did what can only be considered as "copping an attitude". We are yet to hear "we apologise" or "what can we help you with today?" from any of the three women in the store.

Inspiring website! Inspiring assortment! TERRIBLY RUDE STAFF!

Anyone can setup a showroom and stock it with inspiring stuff. It's people that make the difference to customers!

I just recently moved and purchased a new dining set on special. I received it earlier then estimated and they delivered it really fast. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and after shopping around I found their prices to be competitive. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I ordered this bar height dining set that was on sale for $700 from $1300 in March 2007. I was promised I will get the set in June 2007. When August came, no dining set was in sight. I called BLVD interiors repeatedly and always gave me the song and dance. Courteous staff but no goods.

I just bought a really cool sofabed from this store and it is excellent! It looks a lot nicer than a lot of sofabeds out on the market and I got it on sale! The staff were really great and their service was super fast! I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it delivered by Friday the same week! I highly recommend this store!
