I recently bought 3 pieces of furnitures from this store. The stuff were all friendly especially Richard. This guy really knows what good customer service is. He won't pressure you and will just make you feel comfortable. I decided to buy on that day because of the excellent service I got from Richard. We decided to pick up the furnitures ourselves and Richard promised us that everything will be ready on the agreed date. The night table was not in stock so he phoned me about this and gave me a discount on the floor model. The furnitures were ready when we picked them up as promised. As I was on the process of moving, I have not opened the boxes yet but Richard called me and told me that some shelves were left behind so he offered to bring them to my condo. He even helped me install it.That's what what you call excellent customer service. I have seen some bad reviews here so I checked out the store myself but my experiece was really good. I heard that this is now being run by another owner so the stuff and management are completely different. I highly recommend this store. They have nice stuff and watch out when they go on sale so you can get the best deal. Look for Richard, Paul or Kevin.

I saw a lot of good reviews about Andy so I decided to give him a call and I am glad I did. A friend of mine who just accompanied me bought a mattress right away. Andy was so flexible and easy to deal with. He will not pressure you or try to sell you the most expensive stuff. He will work around your budget and give you features of each type of bed to help you decide. I bought a queen chiro firm mattress and I've been hearing a lot of compliments from my friends about my new bed. You can count on him even on short notice. I have been recommeding Andy to all my friends. If you are looking for a good and cheap mattress, Andy is the man. He is very reliable. More power to your business Andy. Hope you stay in this business for a long time.
