We found out our hot water heater had gone belly up when I stepped into a pool of water in our basement late Wednesday afternoon. I called Biss (who had installed our boiler in 2008) about 630 that night. They answered the late call and promised to have someone out the next day (because I had managed to drain the tank and averted an emergency situation). In fact Sean, the owner, came before 10 o'clock Thursday morning, looked over the situation, made his recommendation (which I accepted) and set off to get the required materials. By 5 o'clock that night we had hot water again. Pretty damned good service if you ask me. Biss was courteous, helpful, punctual and did great work correcting a situation which, for me, was looking like it would be a big problem.
