Unimpressed with delivery of product. Staff are courteous, however not very helpful with follow-through with windows ordered. Continuously following up with phone calls and given excuses with no delivery of product. Contract signed July 24th, took 4 weeks for someone to take measurements and promised 6-8 week delivery post measurements. It is now November 26th and still no windows or estimated install date (18 weeks post initial order of July 24th). I think I've shown enough patience! Not impressed at all.

Although I am not positive I have the correct customer, I did find an order in Oakville dated July 24th in our system. We contacted our customer August 6 and arranged a re measure appointment for August 21 at our customers request. After receiving the measurements and placing the order we were advised by our manufacturer that they were experiencing delays with the painted products. This was regrettable and our responsibility. Ironically this review was posted on the same day that we contacted this customer to schedule the installation. The appointment was set for December 2 and completed on the 4th. My assumption is that they are happy with the windows and installation as the account is closed and their are no notes to the contrary. We greatly appreciate our customers patience, apologise for their inconvenience, and thank them for their business.
