We live in an early 70's house. As part of a larger renovation project, we decided to replace the front door and sidelights and a large living room window, plus a few other smaller windows. Finally, we've upgraded all of the windows in our house. We had worked with BHHI on other projects over the years, mainly windows and a sliding patio door. We've always gone out for multiple quotes each time we've executed a project. I find BHHI to be very reasonably priced and the quality of their products and installation to be very good. The person who came to our house for the initial quote provided good advice about design options and what options were or weren't worth the money. The pre-installation measure was perfect and everything fit accurately. The installer and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently, The small number of items in my "punch list" were addressed to my satisfaction. The company communicated well with me before and during the installation process. I knew when to expect the installers and what I needed to do beforehand to facilitate a good installation. The installers generally did a good job of cleaning up the work site.
I would certainly recommend them to any friends or neighbours. In fact, my next door neighbour had their windows replaced by BHHI after reviewing my first installation a few years ago. The windows I had put in about 8 years ago or so, still look and function very well; as good as the day they were installed.
My experience with BHHI has been very satisfying.
