Jordan,Logan,Kobe were excellent, delays were not communicated with us, and the scope of the job wasn’t shared with the crew.
My wife and I are seniors and wanted to hire a company to clean our crawl space , remove the stored items to the garage and update the fibreglass insulation to styrofoam.
They sent 1 person to begin removing the stored items, my wife and I ended up working with him to get the boxes to the garage. When we asked why 1 person we were told they were very busy and had people call in sick.
The second day 2 men arrived , worked all day removing the fibreglass and installing the styrofoam. At the end of the day Logan told me they mistakenly removed the existing styrofoam ( not on the contract)
Day 3 they were here 4 hours and then had to leave for another job.
Day 4 Jessica called to tell us they had to reschedule due to sick calls.
Day 5 Kobe worked tirelessly to complete the job alone.
Very poor communication with the customer, and apparently they don’t go over the job quote with their employees, they did replace the styrofoam insulation they mistakenly removed at no additional cost.
