furniture delivery

had an excellent delivery service from Neil and Masimba on Team Dr 20.
they were courteous, fast and efficient. very smooth delivery! very happy with my couch, would go back again.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Hi, My name is Mohit. We had such a terrible experience with Bad Boys, we are never going to recommend this to anyone to get the furniture. They are truly unprofessional and least interested in catering the customer's issues. We are trying to get ours issues resolved since 4 months now but to no avail.
There are 2 issues going on –
1. We bought a house and our old landlady sold us the dining table and sofa set and told us its still in warranty and I paid for it. She told us we can use the warranty if we come across any issues and recently we had one of the legs of dining table chair completely broken and our sofa mechanism is not working. We reached out to them in Dec 2017 and they told its still in warranty but we don’t have this piece anymore so we will have to figure out some other way. The person we dealt with was George at Burlington office. Until March we went there each week and they said we will get back tomorrow and so but no one ever got back. Then we told them we will have to file official complaint so a lady Rimpi Sharma called us from Service Dept and after looking at everything she said we don’t have anyone to pick up and don’t worry we will solve this for you and all kind of promises in March 2018. I dropped the chair at the outlet and again after enquiring for more than a month about its status today April 6th, 2018 she says that we cannot fix it because we realized it not on your name, we don’t care if that lady sold you the furniture but on our warranty card its her name so unless she only raises issue we won't look into that and if you want your chair you will have to pick yourself.
We have been for 50 times to their outlet since December 2017 and today she replies back with this. What kind of game are they playing?? If this was the case why didn’t they told us in December 2017 itself and they have not provided any proof which says that.
2. We purchased some new furniture in last November 2017 when there offer of free Las Vegas Trip was going on, its been 5 months now and we have been enquiring each week when can we get that coupon as mine and my wife's both of our birthdays are gone and we planned our vacations and everything and we never got back anything. They are just fooling around, not replying mails or anything. Then after 4 months George, there branch manager asks when the Bad Boys ever gave you this offer. When we showed them the proof on the invoice then again he was like ok I will look into this. Again its more than 2 months.
These people are so unprofessional and provide such a horrible service; I don’t where to approach to get our issues resolved. We have wasted so much time and energy apart from money on these people. Please someone suggest how can we get our issues fixed.

Basement Makeover

From choosing, ordering & the delivery of furniture, our experience was outstanding.

Sales & Customer Service were so helpful throughout this process. Pleasant & professional all the way!

Once a delivery date was mutually decided on, we were contacted by a phone recording 2 days before scheduled delivery as well as the night before. The morning of, another recording of estimated time & then a
phone call from the delivery guys saying they were an hour away.

Good teamwork Bad Boy!!! Doesn't get much better!!!

Coffee and end tables

BARRIE store. Ordered and paid for product Dec 2017. Now March 21st 2018 and still no tables. Promises and untruths from manager Glen too numerous to be acceptable on any level. Waiting for refund. Service sucks. Will be sure to share this experience whenever possible.

Unbelievable service, never had better. From customer service all the way to the delivery guys, absolutely AWESOME!.....Bad Boys will be the first place I look from now on, you've made a fan outta me...

WHIRLPOOL ELECTRIC RANGE WITH SELF-CLEANING OVEN YWEC310S0FW & Extra Protection

Easy, straightforward buying experience. Helpful, pleasant staff answered questions by phone. Good communications re delivery date. Prompt, courteous delivery team. And, a great price on the stove made it an easy decision to add the extended warranty.

Itemize your bill

Picked out a couch at Brampton store with no help from sales person cause I really didn’t want it. When I made my decision I was told it was $65 delivery fee and $179 for 5 year warranty. I said Leon’s delivers free. Salesperson went to manager and came back with two prices one with warranty I took the one without. I then filled out paper work salesperson went back to manager to get it signed and came back saying they would give me warranty for only $20 more. I said fine and they gave me a free cleaning kit. Also said it would be delivered next day they had one in stock. My husband stayed home all day no couch we checked website and found couch on line $200 less. Called delivery place they said they hadn’t received anything from store and didn’t have one in stock.
Next morning I went back to talk to manager, she printed copy of my bill which was different then my copy on hers it showed couch $600,$65 delivery fee and $179 warranty fee. My copy I realized was not itemized.
So the manager agreed to return $200 . I was offered warranty for $20 and I was price matching the couch against theirwebsite which is their promise no body beats bad boy. She said I didn’t understand retail which I told her I’ve worked retail 35 years so I do understand they were ripping people off. So moral of the story Check website prices before buying and get an itemized bill. Lesson learned. Also took 3weeks to get couch but delivery men were great. Won’t be back.

Bedroom

Sales person didn't seem to know what she was doing asked question and I'm still not 100% sure I will get the right product. She told us it would be delivered in max 4 weeks it's been 6 weeks and still haven't heard she can't even give us a date

Never recieved my refund

BAD BOY NEVER DELIVERED THE LAMPS I ORDERED AND NEVER REFUNDED ME WHEN I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION AS I FELT IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE THAT MY LAMPS DIDN'T COME WITH MY ORDER THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS AND MADE 4 CALLS AND NO REPLY...I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO COMMUNICATE HOW AND WHAT I FEEL ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Literally THE WORST service and employees.

The absolute worst. So bad, that I can't think of a company I would urge you to NOT buy from more than Lastman's Bad Boy.
When we ordered a bedroom set, we asked about the size of the pieces because they had to go up a stairwell. We were told they'd be disassembled.
Well, 4/5 pieces were NOT disassembled and the base of the king bed was just split in two, so the boxes were still HUGE. Of course, they didn't fit up the stairwell and, after causing significant physical damage to our home in the process, they were ditched in our living room and the delivery men left us there, stranded with a king bed we couldn't use.
We called immediately and asked if there was anything we could do (or if they could make a recommendation) and the woman said they may take it back if we pay a restocking fee (which was fine) -- when we followed up, we got served a hard TOUGH LUCK. I mentioned the damage and they BLAMED US FOR IT even after sending photos. So, we were left with a king-sized bed stranded in our living room and damage to our home.
The worst customer service- so rude and condescending and insulting. I've never been spoken to like that before.
Don't buy anything from them. It's not worth it. Terrible, terrible people.
