Purchase new clothes washer

Bought new Amana washer, arrived DEAD. At first Lastman doesn't stand behind appliance Amana will only repair. However Marlene, manager of customer service reversed stated policies and actually accomplished her title MANAGER< CUSTOMER SERVICE. I may buy again from Badboy, but I know what I am getting. I understand a company says all sales final, but NO ONE says that UNTIL you have a problem. Do not stay at the mercy of a bureacracy based phone center: ask for the manager.

Bought new Amana washer, arrived DEAD. Lastman doesn't stand behind appliance Amana will only repair. If I wanted a "new" refurbished washer I would have bought one. I would never recommend NOR used a company that will not stand behind its products. I understand a company says all sales final, but NO ONE said that UNTIL I had a problem. NOW I am at the mercy of an India based phone center: three weeks without a washer cause the computer is broken. That part is not even available.
