Bought new Amana washer, arrived DEAD. At first Lastman doesn't stand behind appliance Amana will only repair. However Marlene, manager of customer service reversed stated policies and actually accomplished her title MANAGER< CUSTOMER SERVICE. I may buy again from Badboy, but I know what I am getting. I understand a company says all sales final, but NO ONE says that UNTIL you have a problem. Do not stay at the mercy of a bureacracy based phone center: ask for the manager.

Definitely the most competitive quote. Matthew Harant as representative was professional and helpful. The installation was timely and for the most part clean. Worker clean up was great, we were noot ready for the interior dust. Inside trim work was carpenter grade, neat, no gaps, no crappy wood. First grade pine that was sanded smooth/ installed 12 windows: 5 single, two doubles, one four unit, and three 16 foot tall front windows tht were complete two story sized.
