Extremely frustrated with their service. It has taken over a month for the Solid Gold warranty program to arrange for my washer to be fixed. It is still not fixed and there doesn't appear to be an end in site. Stay away from their warranty program at all costs!! Until they are ready to train their staff accordingly, and communicate their processes effectively, your money is better spent on other products.

- Communicate processes. Improve communication and authorization processes between third party repair companies. Train staff to understand what customer service is.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't purchase the Solid Gold Warranty. Purchase other third party coverage, or pay for repair as needed.
