Mark runs a business based on honesty, quality, and a genuine care for his clients. He gives a price he knows is fair, and then backs it up with the previously mentioned qualities along with his experience. We have worked with Mark on two separate occasions, and he really has the process down to a science, ensuring the right shutters are installed for the right type of openings. We liked him so much from the first experience we recommended him to our parents who found the value in both his approach and product offering. Our most current experience included an over sized patio door(8 feet) amongst other larger window coverings in our home. Although most would have opted for a more safe, bypass shutter, Mark knew what was best for us and worked with the supplier to ensure the right shutter style(bi-fold shutter) was installed. The result is beautiful and practical beyond measure. Admittedly Mark will do his best to beat all prices, but there will be low baller competitors who try to compete. Don't take the bait, as there is a huge difference between Mark's services and the rest. We're thankful to have found such an experienced professional in Mark, but more importantly that he can relate to the needs of his clients. Thank you Mark and Crystalyn for your service offering and the warmth you bring to the business. We hope you continue to service the community and your clients for many years to come!

Extremely frustrated with their service. It has taken over a month for the Solid Gold warranty program to arrange for my washer to be fixed. It is still not fixed and there doesn't appear to be an end in site. Stay away from their warranty program at all costs!! Until they are ready to train their staff accordingly, and communicate their processes effectively, your money is better spent on other products.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Communicate processes. Improve communication and authorization processes between third party repair companies. Train staff to understand what customer service is.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Don't purchase the Solid Gold Warranty. Purchase other third party coverage, or pay for repair as needed.
