Avenue Road Roofing

Tile fell off 10 years after Avenue Road replaced our roof. They came (Tony and Cas) and fixed it within two days of calling them. This is a century home and a board was coming loose and they fixed that as well without any hesitation. Would highly recommend them -great service.

Avenue Road Roofing recently finished shingling the roof on my house & double garage.They had a difficult repair between the two dormer windows at the rear of my house. The wood had rotted & caused leakage into the house. When the weather allows they will install a roof over my spa & a replacement roof over my breezeway. The crew was very professional, polite & efficient. I can't thank Avenue Road Roofing enough for their support during a very trying year. Their understanding was not something found with many large companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. I thank my friend Barb who recommended them to me.

These are experienced guys. They did my roof and trims under some tricky settings: an old 3-story downtown house adjacent to crabby neighbors who refused easement for ladder setup. Moreover, the choppy weather was no help.
They worked around the weather and completed the work with no surprises. The price was competitive; They cleaned up the site as expected.

I did not roof with Avenue Road Roofing a little over ten years ago. Anytime I have had an issue with a loose shingle they have come by and repaired it within 24 hours of my call. Most recently Kas Tobin came by to fix some shingles and look at the aging Skylights. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. In dealing with Trevor Ayling, the replacement and adjustment of my eaves troughing was done with excellence, expertise and ease. I have used this company before for my roofing and cannot say enough good about them. In both cases I worked with Trevor and have appreciated his sound advice and prompt response to any enquiries.

Avenue Road Roofing was great from start to finish.

Trevor, who estimated the project, was very thorough when he came to our house to assess the work and made some good recommendations. He noted that our neighbours (next to us in our semi-detached) didn't have a downspout at the back of their house, and offered to include transplanting our old downspout (still in decent condition) to their eavestrough at no additional cost!

Our project manager, Jason, was very communicative. When I told him I had cleaned up some debris left over after the workers left, he was very receptive and told me they would have been happy to come back and tidy up.

The quality of the work was excellent. Very neatly done. And the workers were extremely efficient, completing the entire project in one day.

I would definitely recommend Avenue Road and will certainly use them again!

I recently discovered that the valley on my roof was rusted and there was a hole in the metal "valley". I called Avenue Road roofing to come and take a look. The roof was under warranty since Avenue Road replaced my roof shingles a couple of years back. Kas, their site supervisor came right away, took a look at what the problem was and replaced the whole valley the next day. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the job and the speed of service, particular in my dealings with Kas. I highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing.

The work crew were also great, they were all polite, and seemed to work non-stop. We wondered if the crew who removed our shingles even stopped at all, they seemed to push straight through the job without a break.
All of the Avenue Road roofing crews, from shingle replacement to clean-up, were hardworking and thorough.

Avenue Road's masonry team rebuilt a chimney that was literally falling apart (see attached picture). The chimney caused a slow leak in the roof.
Tyson came by to provide the estimate and quickly found the problem to be the chimney.

I didn't supervise the workers and they still performed the job perfectly. Job was clean, organized, well done.

The wait time was approximately 3 weeks but it was worth the wait.

You get what you pay for---especially for masonry work. Note the flashing and the nice finish on the brick detail. The previous "roofers" didn't cap the roof properly.

The roof no longer leaks, and I have a peace of mind that the work will stand up to the heavy rain falls.

Communication by phone and emails were timely.

Would use Avenue Road's roofing service when the time comes. Keep up the great work!
