Avenue Road Roofing

Very bad weather has come down on Toronto this weekend encompassing heavy winds, rain, freezing rain, ice and snow. As a result of the inclement weather and heavy rain we noticed a small leak, coming from the roof, in the ceiling on 2nd floor of our home. The leak quickly increased in volume becoming a constant pour from the ceiling. We called several roofing companies and pleaded in vain for their help and assistance. Those who responded stated that due to the inclement weather conditions, they would not be able to help until better weather settled in the city. For us, that meant that we would have to sit in waiting for help while witnessing the damages to our home increase in an accelerated pace. Luckily, a relative mentioned Avenue Road Roofing and we recalled having used the company many years ago. We promptly called their office leaving a message with our plea for service. We received a call back from Cynthia who was the first person to offer immediate help by dispatching an Avenue Road Roofing service crew to our address. One hour later we had Kas Tobin and Joe DelSole from Avenue Road Roofing in our home, going up on the roof and quickly and efficiently resolving the problem by installing one shingle that had been displaced during the recent wind storm that hit Toronto recently.
I am short of words to describe the depth of our gratitude to Cynthia, Kas and Joe for their timely help and assistance.

We noticed some moisture on our skylight yesterday and called Avenue Road roofing this morning. Within 2 hours, on a very windy, rainy and icy Saturday, Kaz and Joe showed up for an inspection. They were very professional and courteous. Rather than try and sell us a new skylight, they suggested that we could silicone the gutters, and that would most likely solve the problem. Thanks, Pat.

I had a leak as a result of the heavy rain and called Ed at Avenue Road Roofing.
Ed was very quick to respond to my emergency and sent a crew to assess the problem immediately.
Kas and Joe arrived and promptly inspected the damage to the roof as well as the residual repairs on the inside.
They quickly took the necessary steps to correct the issued so that I would not have any more water entering my home.

Avenue Rd. Roofing sent Kas and Joe to follow up on a concern re a soft edge along the west wall of a 3 storey house. The house is set close to a taller building making it a tough area to reach.
Kas and Joe noticed squirrels had found a new way to chew into the roof under shingles. Drip edge was applied in a timely fashion. Many thanks for a job well done.

Mere hours before we were slated to suffer two days of continual rain, we noticed our roof shingles where they should not be, namely, on the ground, rather than on the roof. We called Avenue Road Roofing technician, Kas, and he came to the home almost immediately. He expertly repaired the damage that the shingle-eating raccoons had caused. And he saved us undoubted water damage from the heavy rainfall.

Satisfied customer! Matthew was very thorough and flexible with the initial estimate and followed up and responded to questions quickly - great sale job! Had to chase a bit to get the job scheduled but the weather didn't help....! The installation team of Tony and Alberto was outstanding and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Avenue Road was extremely efficient and great to deal with -from the on site estimator , the office scheduling and the installation crew who were pleasant to deal with, did a great job in the cold weather and ensured that the final product really looked professional. Also thought the final site inspector was thorough in looking at the completed project and this really shows a well organized team effort.
