Restoration Hardware furniture delivery expert Avenue moving is excellent!
They’ve been delivering (and returning a few times) for me for the past 4 years, different difficulty pieces. Some pieces required five men. Now that I’m in a condo and elevators/hallways are quite limited in space,
the guys made sure ahead of time to get pictures and measurements. The daybed they delivered had to be assembled on site and was done with perfection! Pleasure to deal with and every time very professional!

The delivery was prompt and on time. The driver called to cinfirm delivery and asked if he could come a bit earlier.

I have been serviced by Avenue Moving & Storage on at least 5 occasions over the last 18 months, and each and every time, they have impressed me with their approach to delivery, keeping me completely informed and their overall professionalism. One point in particular that is worth mentioning is their complete adherence to a promised date/time of delivery. They initially provide a 2 hour window, which is followed up by a 10 minute notice of their trucks approaching. They are respectful of the customer's time and I find this to be one of the most appreciated aspects of their service. The delivery staff are also extremely courteous and helpful. I give Avenue Moving & Storage my highest recommendation.

They carried a very heavy dresser without waking a sleeping baby! They were friendly and professional. My only issue is that after they left, we discovered the power cord stuck underneath the dresser. My husband had to remove the drawers to make it possible to lift and slide it out. Other than that...I was pleased with their work! Let them know of this to avoid this issue for clients in the future!
