The furniture was wrapped and well-protected. The crew had the furniture in place quickly and efficiently without a mark on the furniture or walls.

Friendly, efficient and they took off their shoes without being asked. Their office coordinator was lovely to deal with.

They booked an appointment at my convenience and provided me with a two hour guaranteed delivery window, the kept to their commitments and reconfirmed the day before and the day of delivery. The delivery was made right on time a - completely amazing. Additionally, their delivery team was clean, polite and considerate of my home. They took care to wrap the furniture and to protect my walls from damage or scratches. The follow up by Avenue’s customer service team was quick and confirmed that I was fully satisfied with the service.
