Jaz, an Atlas Care service technician, was dispatched on short notice to repair the system at the end of the day. He was friendly, thorough, obviously very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs all in about 30 minutes. When finished, he carefully reviewed what had been wrong and what he had done and offered to reprogram the system thermostat for us. I said I would do it but was most appreceiative of his overall attitude, professionalism and commitment to quailty.
