The work was repair and refinishing of our front porch and required removal of an existing finish, repairs to the concrete base of the porch and application of a much better product. All the work was done by obviously skilled workers and produced a very high quality result. Alex and Travis arrived right on time and first explained exactly what they were going to do and then set up very quickly and efficiently taking obvious care to maintain a clean work site. Typical of virtually all of the Atlas Care service staff we have encountered during the 25+ years we have been a customer of AC, Alex and Travis were personable and friendly and appeared to be well trained and very customer friendly and made sure our home was left clean and tidy with no evidence that they had even been there. Jaz, an Atlas Care service technician, was dispatched on short notice to repair the system at the end of the day. He was friendly, thorough, obviously very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs all in about 30 minutes. When finished, he carefully reviewed what had been wrong and what he had done and offered to reprogram the system thermostat for us. I said I would do it but was most appreceiative of his overall attitude, professionalism and commitment to quailty.
