Jennifer was very patient and gave us space and time to figure out our new den furniture sofa and chair with coffee table and two end tables. We also purchased sofa bed for the basement as well as two arm chairs.
She provided good advice in the design process does was great to deal with.
Customer service was unhelpful as damage was caused to my just finished basement wall in them trying to bring down the sofabed and the door was left in such a position that I did not see it until the next day after they asked to to sign regarding the delivery. . When I sent in pictures I was told they would do nothing, they would not reimburse the money paid for the sofa and would do nothing about the damage. Good thing the credit is for seven years

Hi Nebs! We are very happy that one of our designers at our Scarborough location was able to help out. Jennifer is a great asset and really knows her stuff. Regarding anything that may have happened on the wall, the drivers do ask customers to sign a waiver if they think it might be a tight fit before they try to deliver the product.
