I purchased a new living room set a couple years ago in one of their locations on Arrow road near, Weston and Sheppard. I was satisfied with my purchase but the couches started to hang down after 3 months, they had told me that the leather was not supposed to do that. when I contacted them they didn't provide the necessary customer service. Now every time i look i my sofa it reminds me of their lack of product quality.

Hi Stephen, I wish your issue would have been taken care of 'a couple of years ago'. If in fact our customer service department had told you that the leather was not supposed to do that then everything would still have been under warranty after only 3 months and they would have taken the necessary steps to rectify everything. Not knowing what you bought and exactly when, makes it difficult to specifically comment on the issue.
