It was almost too easy which should have been the first sign that things would only get worse. Everything was set for the installation of the windows. The crew showed up, unfortunately it was raining at the time, and the installation started. I noticed that only a little foam was being used to seal around the windows. I was told this was "temporary". The crew had to cut some pre-existing window framing to put in a new larger window. I was told that the cut would be filled in and sanded down. Nothing! I found out later when the caulking pulled out that the foam was never completed, and the sanding - nope, just coverd in silicon which I pulled off and completed myself. We had to have the installers back to fix some seals...but only after I had to threaten calling legal council would they even respond to my calls. When he showed up I found out what was in his bottle - he was pissed drunk. Turns out he was hiding a big 2L soda/mix in our freezer to keep it cold. I called the police when he left but they couldn't intercept him in time. The company was called and advised but did nothing. Since then (2006) the handles on several windows have pulled out. I also found cracks in the vinyl window joints recently. Over the last week I have called the company 8 times with no response. I finally tracked down "Mary" the receptionist by calling the phone of the sales rep. She was very uncomfortable on the phone after I mentioned legal council again - suprise - only then did she schedule an appointment for NEXT WEEK. Seems that there is only one person sitting in the office. A real poor company and the quality is equally as poor. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone else, nor would I suggest anyone ever deal with them. They have a flashy sales team but it is downhill from there.
