I called this company to repair a washing machine that was not draining its water. The tech person who is also the owner, Eddy Javady, said it was as a result of faulty pump motor. He quoted me $107 for the initial service call plus $597+ tax for the motor and installation. He installed some sort of pump on my machine, but the issue persisted. He insisted it's because the machine is overloaded with clothes. I explained that it was happening even with no clothes at all. He yelled at me saying he fixed the problem. They are not answering my calls and refuse to resolve the issue that I paid for. Beware of this company, they have no integrity and will not give you the service you pay for!!!

I was referred to Apple Appliance company through Bosch Canada for post-warranty repair. A technician serviced my Bosch refrigerator and charged $96.05 for diagnostics. The root cause of the problem was never diagnosed even a week after two follow up calls. More, some wires in the fridge were not connected correctly after your visit. So not only there was no work done, but the appliance was left in a worse state.
I called another company afterwards and they found the problem in 20 minutes and replaced the broken part within 1 day! So, this was not a hard problem.
I demanded a refund but did not even receive a reply.

Apple Appliance is definately a company that I would go to in the future. They had excellent customer service and also great techs. My washer was not giving out water and washing the clothes properly, I called them and they made me an appoitnment that same day. They try their best to be flexible and match their schedule with yours (which is great since I have 3 kids and work in the afternoons.) They came by the same evening and fixed my washer in about 25 minutes, very kind people. I went in a few weeks later to check out their appliances since I needed a new fridge. The women that worked there was extremely generous and gave a really good deal on the brand new fridge. I would 100 percent go back, my experience with them was an absolute breeze.

Quality product & great service. They had a nice selection of products to choose from and were very helpful in finding the right appliance to meet all my needs. My wife and I will definitely shop here again.

I have to say thank a technician guys who fixed my Microwave oven in spot in a same day I called. I save the hassle and money to go buy a new one. I am very happy, Good job Apple Appliance!

I purchased a dryer, washer & dishwasher, I live in a condo & gave them the hours for deliver, they made it just in time, but not with the dish washer, which came days later. I also requested two delivery guys because the dryer had to be lifted onto a stand, one delivery guy came who could not lift the dryer, After some frustration, everyhting was ultimately resolved satisfactorily.

Called them in to repair a Kitchenaid range that intermittently lost its display. They told me it needed a new keypad and we gave them the go-ahead. This cost 230 +HST and they came back to install it. The problem came back within an hour after they left. They then told me it needed a new main board for another 250 or so. When this part came in the problem did not go away! I asked for them to give me back the original parts as they clearly were not the problem and they refused. They also refused to give back any of the money I had wasted paying them for their inept service. I pointed out that I had paid them over $500 dollars to to repair a 10 year old stove and they had not fixed the problem. When my wife complained to the repairman (who was the husband of the owner) he yelled at her and we threw them out of the house. They told me to sue them and had their lawyer call me the next day! They have refused to refund anything.
These people are thieves and I recommend most strongly to avoid them.

The delievery guy made us paid an extra $50 in cash at time of delivery in addtiion to the $30 that was already paid in store for the delivery service.

We are a contracting company that requires different types of appliances for our customers and we turn to Apple for all our appliance needs. They are fast, friendly and efficient. They provide us with the best price out there and treat our customers like their own. We are very great full for their services and would recommend them to everyone.
