We had problem with our fridge over the weekend and we were so worry about how we can have our fridge repair.We called one of our friend they recommended apple appliance sales and service.

We called them and they had the technician come to our house within two hours.
He was very poffesional and honest and he knew the problem right there and fixed the problem right away, we recommend apple appliance with our friends too.

We are dealing with apple appliance for so many years,we are very happy with service,we had problem with our dishwasher,Eddy came to our house and fixed the problem without any parts.We recommand apple appliance for any service or purchasing brand new appliances.

This is a family owned and operated business. They send a repair person out quickly and they do their best to repair appliance without long wait times for parts. After the stove was repaired, they also did a complete inspection of the gas line connection, and upon finding that it was not installed properly fixed it without additional cost. Great company to deal with.

Service was acceptable (technician made a mistake but was able to return the next day to fix it) but I could have purchased the part on my own for $120 and they charged me $185! When I asked them if I would have been charged more for service if I had already bought the part and was told I would have been charged the same. So, overall, I would suggest you look into how much the part would be on your own if you choose to use this company.

I called Apple Appliance in Richmond Hill about getting my dishwasher fixed.

Apple came to the house and fixed the dishwasher plus they fixed another problem I had with the clothes washer. I was very pleased that they were fast and I did not have to pay for a second service call for the washer.

The service man was very helpful. I will use them in the future for any issues I have related to my various high end appliances. This was much cheaper than calling my regular dealer and they said they can service my fridge and stove.

Their service was very good and the technicians were fast and professional. However, I felt I paid too much after I did a search and discovered they charged me $185.00 to replace a $10.00 part that took approx 10 minutes. My advice to Apple Appliance Sales & Service Inc is to create a more consistent pricing and service cost model for your customers. A flat rate, plus time billed with a min of 30 minutes would have been more reasonable.

My advice to others is to question cost and perhaps do a bit self diagnostic before calling someone.

I had a new dishwasher that was not attached or installed propery to my granite countertop. Neal arrived on time and was very polite, even carried an extra set of shoes for inside. Great work, awesome price and great customer service.

Apple Appliance has kept our appliances in good working order for years. They are prompt and reliable. They will tell you if an appliance is worth repairing. I would recommend them highly, especially if you are trying to get a little more life out of an older appliance.
