This lady comes in cleans Your place And while she's is cleaning
She is telling us not to use Anna cleaning service And go under her own cleaning services saying she is taking whatever customer Anna sends to her and keeps them under her own cleaning business's.
To me that Is just shady.
Hopefully she isn't with Anna. Leaning anymore.

Thanks once again to Anna's Housekeeping! These last 2 cleaning women have been cheerful and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and my home was in good shape when they left. Ena and Tsewang warrant acknowledgment for their efficiency and cheerfulness. I do recommend this company!

Anna's housekeeping did a very detailed and professional work on cleaning my house in preparation for sale. Their personnel went the extra mile to do a thorough cleaning on the floors, baseboards, windows and bathrooms. I am very happy with their services and I recommend them.

I highly recommend Anna's Housekeeping, and especially my wonderful cleaner Natalia. My home is sparkling when I come home, Natalia is a lovely person, and Anna's Housekeeping is very professional.

Main problems with this service.
1) The person kept forgetting to put me on the schedule and I would come home to find that no one came, leaving me in a bad spot.
2) When they did come, there were always different people and I did not like that.
3) One time, the whole house smelled like smoke and perfume for 3 days after the cleaning. I was home and the person did not smoke on site but it was on her clothes.
4)Another time, the cleaner had a "bathroom accident" leaving the house smelling horribly for many days but she did not say anything about it. She just left her soiled pants in the garbage outside.

Anna's Housekeeping Service has been very convenient. We can call and book when it is convenient for us. Generally I can call and they can come that same week. The price is good - seems to be better than other services I've looked into. And the cleaning is always good. I have recommended this service to friends.

Not enough cleaning in a long period of time. Customer Service was awful - the owner would not listen and contradicted herself over and over again. She says the customer is always right - but does not act that way - she did not believe the state of my place was left uncleaned.

I have now been using Anna's Housekeeping services for over 4 years. We had a great cleaning lady for many years and unfortunately she left the company.

Anna's Housekeeping replaced her with someone that wasn't that great. But after calling and letting them know, they sent us someone different each time as everyone has their own style of cleaning. We now have someone that we are extremely happy with.

This is the worst cleaning company ever. Cleaning ladies don't know how to clean. Spend an hour cleaning a tiny washroom and then once they are gone have to clean again. Never using this company again.

Did not do a thorough job cleaning the house. Dusting was ok but areas that I specifically asked to be cleaned, we're left untouched. I would not hire them again.
