Although I dealt with them in the past, but there was no problem with the appliance hence no problem with the management.
Then we purchase a Samsung fridge on Nov. 2013 which was defunct from day 1. We repeatedly ask for help from Quan TV & Appliances Unionville management but they either didn't returned our call or just turned us away when we went to the store.
After weeks of haggling, demanding to have the fridge repaired or replaced, we sent this letter to them. You as a reader copy it and use it because it gave us the result.

This demand is based on the law of Ontario Consumer Act 2002
We purchased a Samsung refrigerator # Rf260BEAASR at a cost of $1498 + tax + $48 delivery. It was delivered on date of Nov 5, 2013 but it is malfunctioning. We, the purchaser launched complaints to the above-mentioned office on Nov 5, Nov 6, Nov 7, Nov 8, Nov 11 and Nov 12. All told, it is six consecutive days of complaints. A serviceman showed up on Nov 7 and determined that the fridge malfunction because it is missing vital components. Therefore he couldn't repair it, then left.
As per Ontario's Consumer Protection Act 2002 we demand the refund of our money.
As per law, the RETAILER is liable to a purchaser for a defective product and refund the money regardless what the retailer contract read and signed.
If the merchandize is paid, the business has to take back the goods either picking them up or paying for the cost of sending them back.

Company violating the act is liable to a fine of up to $50,000 or imprisonment of up to two years less one-day or both.

A few days later without notice they delivered a new fridge for no charge and picked up the old one without saying anything.
