We had all 4 of our bedrooms re-carpeted. The team at Alexanian Carpet in Kanata, Ontario were fabulous. Excellent customer service. The staff at the store are very knowledgeable about the products and very courteous. The product was high quality and the installation was very professional. I highly recommend taking your business to this store. We are very happy that we did!

Great in-store service from Kaz. Very professional delivery men, I had given Kaz the wrong measurement so when rug came it was wrong size, it was picked up re cut and returned to me within 24 hours, can;t get much better service.

We were looking to replace our carpets throughout the house. Our salesman Suresh at Alexanian on Dundas St. was very professional, advised us on the various carpets. Gave us samples to take home to see how the carpet would look in the house.
Came in after hours, measured the all the areas, and gave us a quote. The installation crew arrived as scheduled, moved all the furniture, installed the carpets, cleaned up and replace the furniture, a very professional job. I would use Alexanian again.

Carpet looks beautiful! Your installers worked fast and did a superb job. The joins that meet other carpeting and flooring under the two doors are flawless; they are placed and cut with precision. The seams joining one piece of carpet to another are invisible.

Our experience with Alexanian Carpets and Floor could not have gone better. Tarek made the buying experience easy and painless - in the shop he patiently let us brows the selections on our own at our own pace but was available to answer questions when needed. He personally took measurements arriving at our home punctually at agreed time and was very professional and prompt in carrying out the needed measurements. This was followed by an equally professional and 1st class installation. When the carpet arrived at the warehouse (well within the stated timeframe), Terek called to schedule the installation. The installers (2) also arrived punctually as agreed and immediately commenced work. Job was complicated with stairs and many nooks and crannies, not to mention the nasty job of removing the the old carpet and disintegrated old underlay.... They meticulously cleaned the space before installing the new. And what a job on the installation! Fantastic attention to detail! Overall we (and most importantly, my wife) are 110% happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexanian to anyone.

We highly recommend Alexanian Carpet & Flooring at the Dufferin North location. During our visit to the showroom, Frank (Store Manager) was very helpful (not high pressure) with providing us with options and information in regard to hardwood floors. Frank continued to be courteous and helpful after the sale was complete. Our project included removing old ceramic floor tiles before laying the new hardwood. We were impressed with the install crew. They did a tremendous job taking up the old ceramic tiles and installing the new floor. It's also important to mention that the quality of the actual hardwood delivered ( Maple Natural Prestige) was top notch.

Matt the Manager first drove 2 hours to our cottage to inspect the wearing of our carpet. He then presented to the manufacture and was able to have the carpet replaced in full. As we were doing a reno Alexanian held our credit for more than two years. We did the replacement in two separate installations. The entire experience has been nothing but amazing. The customer service level was next to none and I will recommend Matt and his team to all my friends. We just finished up the final installation and again an installer drove 2 hours and did an amazing job. You will never go wrong with Alexanian!!!

I am not one to write a review but I feel I have to share my experience of the outstanding service I received from the store Manager, Frank Mikalian at Alexanian Carpet. From the initial meeting, Frank was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. He went above and beyond of his job requirements to make sure I was happy. I have dealt with many contractors before and this was the first time I was pleasantly surprised of the whole experience. His team of installers were great, they started and finished on schedule, didn't take breaks and helped me out when I asked for help. The installation of the hardwood was perfect. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole experience.
