Matt the Manager first drove 2 hours to our cottage to inspect the wearing of our carpet. He then presented to the manufacture and was able to have the carpet replaced in full. As we were doing a reno Alexanian held our credit for more than two years. We did the replacement in two separate installations. The entire experience has been nothing but amazing. The customer service level was next to none and I will recommend Matt and his team to all my friends. We just finished up the final installation and again an installer drove 2 hours and did an amazing job. You will never go wrong with Alexanian!!!
