Alexanian Carpet & Flooring

Sales guy at Kitchener Naj promised the "best installer" and we got the guy from hell. Sloppy, never cleaned up after himself, took incredible liberties, might have worked 4 hrs per day, very poor work ethic and not at all professional. And Naj, not to be seen, no follow up and no returned call. Oh and he expected us to deal with his crumby installer versus through the store, nice try Naj. Installation was strait forward yet delayed and delayed. Avoid this place!

I have used Alexanian Carpet & Flooring in Emerald Plaza Ottawa on two projects: the first for a very particular client who was very satisfied, and most recently for very particular me! On both occasions (full house carpeting) I was extremely pleased with level of service, from John Hassoun in sales, to the booking department, and through to their highly skilled installation team. They fulfilled all promises on time. Moving everything in our house is no small feat and their team of two worked diligently to ensure there were no damages to baseboards or walls so nothing had to be re-touched. I have worked professionally with many companies over the last 25 years and I have no hesitation in saying Alexanian is a leader in their industry. Thanks to all for a job VERY well done! P.M.

The delivery guy was awesome, and the installers were so professional, detailed, and perfectionistic, they actually cared about their work- Unheard of in this day and age. We originally met & dealt with Tony Gulbay 1 year ago when we replaced our bathroom floor. Because of our excellent experience dealing with Tony at that time, we are now in the process of ordering & replacing all rugs throughout our home. We were quite pleased with the service and carpet that we got at Alexanian's on Dundas St in Mississauga. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were competent. We bought our carpet on sale and got a competitive price. The only minor issue was that we paid the installers to move the furniture during installation and they put some things back in the wrong places and our bookcase was upside down, creating extra work for us.

I always get wonderful service from Nancy at Alexanian's in Burlington. She's friendly, super efficient, and guides you through your choices with patience and expertise. I would also like to point out that Mark in the binding department does a fantastic custom job as you can see in these photos. I have used Alexanian's several times with great satisfaction and I would not go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

I worked with Alexanian's on a project for my website and couldn't be more pleased. I loved the online selection and enjoyed working with Jim, the manager of my local Guelph store. He kindly brought in four samples for me to bring home and try out in the space, allowing me to make a great decision and pick the perfect rug. I am so pleased with the final rug, love the quality and would definitely look to Alexanian's for more decor needs in our home.

We dealt with Kaz Baginski In the Mississauga Center location. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Kaz was able to give us options and explain every step of the installation process. The new Oak staircase and new pickets matched the new hardwood perfectly. The installers were all very polite and new exactly what to do. The new 5" baseboards and shoe mldgs. are beautiful way to finish off the new floors.
I would highly recommend Alexanian's to all my family and friends.
