Installer From Hell and No One Cares
Sales guy at Kitchener Naj promised the "best installer" and we got the guy from hell. Sloppy, never cleaned up after himself, took incredible liberties, might have worked 4 hrs per day, very poor work ethic and not at all professional. And Naj, not to be seen, no follow up and no returned call. Oh and he expected us to deal with his crumby installer versus through the store, nice try Naj. Installation was strait forward yet delayed and delayed. Avoid this place!

The installation of flooring is messy work and we try to inform our customers of the potential disruption to their home through a “Customer Preparation Letter". In saying this, I do believe your situation was excessive and we apologize to you and your family. We can do better, and your comments will help us improve. I understand our store manager has now visited your home and the installation looks good.
