We bought a carpet from this Alexanian location, and our CSR was Suresh. When we were at the showroom we picked out a couple of carpets. One was an area rug and the other was broadloom for our stairs. I was not sure about the colours of the area rug, even after we purchased it. Suresh said that he would be coming by to measure our stairs, and would have a look at the colours in our living room. We were given the carpet swatches for the broadloom as well to ensure the correct shade of beige for our interior. Sure enough, when he came he to measure our stairs, he reaffirmed that the colours in the bought area rug were wrong. When he got back to the showroom, he found a rug that would better fit our colours and changed our order by refunding us so we could repurchase the correct one. He also reassured us that if the carpet was still not correct upon delivery than they would have no issue in taking it back. When we got our carpets, they were perfect and have got nothing but compliments on our carpets. It's so nice dealing with a company and sales staff who really care about their customers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both Alexanian and Suresh for anyone's next carpet purchase...and would be supporting a Canadian company!
