We have dealt with Val on two separate occasions. First for carpet for our entire upper level and then to replace carpet in our basement that was damaged due to flooding. On both occasions he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He recommended great carpet, was patient with the time it took us to make a decision and was readily available to help us.
