Yesterday my wife called me from work informing me the furnace had made a loud noise and now there is no heat..
With my 3 month old son there I panicked and grabbed the phone book and called the biggest add I could find,
When I called aireone I got the service department right away and spoke with Brady I informed him what was going on and he was extremely helpful over the phone an gave me some things to look for before they came out,
Once I checked the things he mentioned while having him on the phone he had some one come over.
No more them 25 minutes later I had a tech from aireone at my door, he took his boots off at the door and went right downstairs to work. He determined that my board was gone and needed to be replaced he went back out to his truck came in with a new board and installed it. I have a old carrier furnace that has given me some trouble over the years and have always had to Wait for parts hence why I panicked so badly.
However it's not to often you come across such high quality service these days and I highly recommend aire one
