Advanced Plumbing

We just bought our first house and quickly discovered the plumbing was a disaster! It still had galvanized piping and the pressure was terrible. We started shopping around collecting quotes. Advanced Plumbing's quote was half the amount of the others!! Not only that, their projected time frame was much quicker. We decided to go with them and we could not have made a better choice!

The day we got the keys, George was here! He worked tirelessly all day, removing all of the old plumbing and installing the new. The appliances arrived the next week and again, Advanced Plumbing was back. Greg and George hooked up all of our appliances, faucets, and sinks without delay.

We could not be happier with their pricing, timing, service, and professionalism! Their work was impeccable. Their attitudes were outstanding. I highly recommend this company: They are on time, friendly, and efficient. What more could you ask for?

On a side note, with the cold weather we have been having, one of our pipes seemingly froze. We called Advanced Plumbing on Monday evening and, first thing Tuesday morning, Greg was here to the rescue!

I was having issues with my leaky toilette for the past month. While shoveling my driveway I noticed the Advanced Plumbing truck outside a neighbor's house. I approached George and asked him if he could have a look when finished with that job. He came in, had a look, and knew what the issue was. While running back to the supplier for the neighbor's project he picked up the part needed for me, came by and installed it, and didn't charge me hardly anything for his time since he was in the area anyways. Very reasonable and extremely professional. I will definitely be calling George the next time I have another plumbing issue and highly recommend him.

Advanced Plumbing was very responsive to my request for a new dishwasher installation to our kitchen. George was timely, skilled, knowledgable and very friendly. He made quick work of a challenging installation in a tight multi-unit home. Assisted with problem solving cabinetry, ensured I was confident with the equipment and outcome of the installation. In November 2014 I had an issue with my water shut-off valve. I found Advanced Plumbing in the Yellow Pages, and a very pleasant, helpful man named Greg came out, provided good advice and did not charge for the visit. I called Advanced again in June, 2015 with a new problem. This time Greg's brother George came out promptly and was able to resolve a tricky plumbing issue efficiently and without mess or damage. As well, he finished the complicated job in one afternoon, and charged me a fair price. George was knowledgable, professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend George and Advanced Plumbing to anyone.

An issue arose that needed immediate attention. I called Advanced Plumbing and within the hour, George was able to meet me at the property. It wasn't long before the issue was resolved. I called Advanced because of their rating, these guys are the best! I had newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. I needed some plumbing work done. George came right on time. Friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Expertly installed all the things I needed installed. Because I was in the middle of renovations he suggested preventative inspections I would have never thought of. For example: Inspection of my main drain with a fiber optic camera system before I finish the basement. They have the skill, knowledge equipment to do the job. This "plumber" from Advanced was unable to install a well known high end kitchen faucet successfully. A second visit was deemed necessary - an hour or maybe 90 minutes to fix and an additional $125. When the manufacturer's rep inspected the "problem" it was resolved within 10 minutes. He said any apprentice plumber would have done the whole job in one shot in an hour at half the cost of what we were charged. My one recommendation about AP - stay away!

We've had ongoing plumbing issues in our house for years (mostly due to poor workmanship). Last year we did a partial renovation of the kitchen which turned out to be a nightmare. When the contractor finished our sink was leaking and clearly didn't have the knowledge to do the job. Advanced plumbing was recommended by another contractor who only works with the best tradespeople. We hired them to fix the damage done by the previous company. George did an amazing job - completely straightened out the mess. We haven't had any issues since (no more mould under the sink!) and now always call on him when we have plumbing problems. He's extremely personable, professional & knowledgeable - very good at communicating what the issues are too. Thank you George!!

advanced plumbing came the same day i contacted them. their arrival window was only 1hr and they actually called to say they could come earlier which was very appreciated. within a few minutes george fixed the problem. i would and will recommend advanced plumbing to everyone i know.
