This "plumber" from Advanced was unable to install a well known high end kitchen faucet successfully. A second visit was deemed necessary - an hour or maybe 90 minutes to fix and an additional $125. When the manufacturer's rep inspected the "problem" it was resolved within 10 minutes. He said any apprentice plumber would have done the whole job in one shot in an hour at half the cost of what we were charged. My one recommendation about AP - stay away!

I can assure you that all of our plumbers are fully licensed and qualified including the one that visited you.
I fear you may have been given some misinformation.The faucet was successfully installed and fully functional. However at the customers request, a test of the under sink valves was performed. Due to their age and condition upon testing, the valves failed resulting in dismal performance to the new faucet. Because Grohe faucets require a specialized tool to service the faucet, and this tool is not readily available as it not a standard plumbing tool but unique to Grohe faucets the plumber deemed a second visit necessary.
