Acorn did an amazing job repairing and refinishing the parquet floors in our condo! They were friendly, easy to communicate with, and did a stunning job! Would highly recommend!

We recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Acorn Wood Floors.
The crew arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and helpful and got the job done more quickly than we originally thought. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the final look of the floors. Ron and Sandy were wonderful to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acorn Wood Floors to anyone needing this service.

This project was seamless from start to finish. Sandy helped us choose the perfect product for our project. Ron and his crew were excellent on the installation, with Ron adding a log cabin corner at the direction change in the hallway and a framed-in detail around the fireplace. His room connecting transitions are perfect. The baseboards were carefully removed and put back. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day and the project was completed within the time frame given. We highly recommend this family run flooring company.

Acorn did an amazing job patching our 100 year old hardwood floor. There were several fairly large areas that had no floor and they did such a nice job you can't even tell where the gaps were. They also sourced aged wood for the repairs so the color match was perfect.

I cant say enough about Ron from Acorn, I had another company come out and install flooring and it was a nightmare, its only been a year and the joints of the flooring were broken and one even completely cracked, Ron came out and managed to replace the worst area, you can sure tell the difference in the workmanship. and the Clean up was like he was never here.

Our hardwood floors badly needed refinishing as well as the hardwood stairs to the basement which were unsafe and not level. Acorn floors came in and did a fantastic on the stairs which are now level, safe and no longer squeak and the floors look like new ! I have used Acorn floors before and I knew from experience that if you want the job done properly Ron from Acorn is your man. Some other companies may be cheaper BUT they will cut corners to lower the price and you won't get the best job as you will from Acorn floors. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company.

Hired Ron and the Acorn team for a new material install, repair and refinish of existing material.
The mix of old and new material was flawless, the finish is exactly the colour we wanted.
Some early deficiencies in the stain work were addressed and corrected.

We get lots of compliments and currently recommended to friends.

Acorn just completed their second job for me, (two condo's, full re-flooring jobs; laminate, and LVT), and just like the first, it went without any complications, or trouble....exactly on-budget, and only a few days longer than expected. Ron, Alex, and the team are in high demand, and renovations dont always go exactly to plan, so they sometimes have to adjust where they'll be on any given day, but hey, you can't rush quality work, and quality is exactly what you get with these guys. If you want a cheap, or a quick job, don't call Acorn. But if you want perfection, excellent materials, at an honest price, you'll be happy with this team.

Our new condo was atrocious with bright red floors and contrasting green walls. I requested a quote from Acorn Wood floors and the pricing was pretty affordable so we hired them as soon as they could fit us in in their calendars. The customer service they provided was out of this world as was the service and result. The pricing was adjusted according to the service they provided and we're very happy customers and highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Acorn Flooring to anyone looking to have their hardwood floors redone or installed. 3 years ago we used Ron and Acorn to redo the hardwood throughout our house and they did an incredible job. The floors 3 years later still look brand new. Unfortunately we had a leak in our kitchen about 5 months ago. As soon as it happened we called Acorn flooring as I will not let anyone else touch my floors. Ron was so good helping us through the insurance nightmare. He came regularly to check how our floors were drying and when they were all dry which was a few weeks he and his crew sanded and restained our kitchen and family room floors. They match perfectly with the original job and they look amazing. Sandy in the office is so easy to deal with. She is friendly and very accommodating. Like I said I would not let anyone touch my floors other than Acorn. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in fact we have already recommended them to 2 of our friends.
