I wish I had read the reviews earlier!!!!! When I first spoke with the guy and when he showed up to the site he was very nice and polite. We arranged a split lump sum payment, so we would give them the full price when they remove the doors and racoons two days later.

I just got a phone call from him saying he'd come by in 30 min to take the door down and get the rest of his money. I politely said that someone would be home in 2 hours, but not in 30 min. He freaked out and screamed at me over the phone saying that we work on his schedule and he doesn't work on ours! But then I told him that 30 min warning is a bit late, we can arrange another date. So he keeps on telling me how he should have received the full payment and so things like this would not happen.

When we spoke on the phone initially he said that he'll 'fix up the roof'. Well we have different definitions of 'fix up'. SO when I asked about it again, what will happen to the gauze, he said 'it's going to stay there." They won't be doing anymore work on the house. I would have to get a contractor to come and fix it if I want it to look nice. WTF!?!?!!?!?!

Also my parents are senior and we asked about the discount. Then he said that because he's screening 11 vents but charging us only for 7 is already a large enough discount and does not want to give us the senior discount. Who knows if he really patched up all 11...?

What a disappointment. I should have received a much better service.

We hired AAA All Season Wildlife Control to remove a family of red squirrels from our attic in March 2011. Initially they installed screens to the vents and a one way door out of the attic. A few weeks later they replaced the one-way door with a permanent screen. This work was $1460. As the weather got warmer (May/June), we noticed a very bad smell in one of the bathrooms. When we called them back to investigate, suspecting a dead animal trapped inside the attic, they said they did not do this sort of work! Eventually, after MUCH back and forth, they finally sent a technician to investigate. He arrived, claimed he did not smell anything foul, and refused to go up into the attic to investigate. We persevered, and they finally consented to send another technician - for an additional $220 - to check the attic. He went up very quickly with a small flashlight and reported he found nothing. He advised we start cutting dry wall to look for the problem, as he was sure it wasn't in the attic/had nothing to do with their work.

The awful smell persisted, so we hired another wildlife control company. Their technician took his time trying to isolate where the smell was coming from in the house, then went into the attic with a big electrical light and started looking, smelling, lifting insulation, etc. In about 5 minutes, he found the carcass of a red squirrel and removed it. He, deodorized the area in the attic, as well as in the house, and the smell was completely gone within 24 hrs. This technician also mentioned that the screens put on by AAA should have been matched to the colour of our house, as right now they are quite an eyesore, and in the event of our trying to sell the house, they would likely need to be removed.

We have tried to contact AAA All Seasons Wildlife Control Inc., hoping they would reimburse us the cost of sending their unhelpful technician who obviously did not really look for any carcass but, of course, 2 1/2 weeks later, still no reply from them.

If you need wildlife removed, don't use this company.

I even used these guys before! I had an appt btwn 10-12 they showed at 2 p.m.. I asked for some kind of courtesy rebate since I missed work/appts/etc. The operator who wouldn't allow me to speak with a manager or owner told me if they paid everyone for late appts they would be giving away millions! The technician told me I didn't have roof vents and didn't offer to reinforce other points of entry & put on the contract that I declined! I sadly signed that (not knowing). I spent $250 and they wanted to charge me another $200 - I STILL HAVE SQUIRRELS! They didn't deodorize the place either!

We recently used AAA All Seasons Wildlife Control to have a squirrel removed from our Chimney. They came the next day and removed the cover from our chimney and put a rope down the chimney so that the squirrel or family of squirrels could get out (the squirrel was too far down to safely remove and had built a nest on our damper so the damper could not be opened). They are coming back to put a one way door in to ensure all of the critters are out and then will return once more to screen the chimney off. The rep that came down was very courteous and did a thorough job. I was happy with their service.

My house has been invaded by Raccoons last 12 years it is anight mare,we have a cedar roof, but dealing with this company is a major headaches, It took them 3 weeks and 6 phone calls, they never showed up the secretaerial aspct is horrible she makes false promises over and over and extremly rude, They wanted 975dollar,we closed the hole for 120 doll;ars thrgh a cotractor. They are taking advantage of victim of wild life invasion. It seems they have ,in a mafia style contol the market i ,ve lodged a complaint against them with BBB, i dicourage you to use their services and please lodge a complait if you have problem with them REZA

Called for their service to remove raccoons. They made a few visits but were not successful and when I called and asked them to follow up they did not. They ruined my easetroughs ..their work is very messy. I wasted my money on this company and then they added insult to injury by not returning my phone calls and when I called them they were very condacending and rude. In my opinion - this company is not to be trusted.

This company was called to remove a skink from attic.Large ad in the Yellow Pages says 15% discount for seniors.Customers are in their mid 80's. When realized discount was not given the office was called 3 times to inquire as to why discount not given.Was treated in a very unpleasant rude intiminating condesending manner by their staff and hung up on clients.Refused to honour discount as advertised.Suggested that client may not even live in that house and only there to give those homeowners the discount! Also charged over $800.00 and didn't remove racoon! Another company did it for $50.00! BewareStay away from this company!!

We had a raccoon problem in April 2007. We paid over $700 and the raccoons were still there. We called to complain, the lady on the phone was the rudest person ever. They said the raccoons were wild animals and they could not control it if they came back. Bulls!! They do not know what they are doing. We eventually got another company paid a lot less, and the raccoons are now gone

We too were very unhappy with AAA. We called them the day after we had a raccoon get in our attic. They screened some vents and billed us for $1200.00. A week later I called to report we could hear something in the attic, and the same unpleasant woman who answers their phone told me it was mice, not their problem and to call an exterminator. Turned out it was a nest of raccoons that AAA told us they could not reach to remove. They had no problem getting to our wallet though. We had to wait 2 1/2 months for the raccoons to leave, after destroying our home. AAA's work was substandard, messy and they damaged our new eavestroughs.

The worst service I have ever received. The workers were rude the job was not done properly and the left screws everywhere. Birds came back a few weeks later and when I called them to come and do it properly ,as the give you one year guaranty, I was treated with an attitude by the b who answers the phone even though I was so polite trying to have them come back to finish what the started but the never came to fix anything. As I found out later the were alot more expensive than everyone else. Do not trust these people. as you see in the picture they actually made it better and saver for the birds to build a nest. the birds went around the wires and using the wires as a wall for their new extra strong nest.
