I have been a customer of Waters and Brooks for probably 20 years. They installed the watering system and have serviced it well. Until a year or so ago. Since then I have faced speedbumps that have been challenging. A technician who does not show up. A technician who will not leave his van because it is raining. A technician (not all the same person of course) who claimed that all was fixed. And then my grass died. A technician who claimed that the reason the system was not working was because we had reprogrammed the system...……….as if I knew how! A technician who told us that there was no programming done in the first place!
I called the office to register my concern and received a chastising from someone named Joanne who reminded me of my mother in days gone by.
It is all so disappointing. There are many companies out there that want your business. Perhaps a call to one of them will be more productive.I

As a result of the neighbor's house being demolished and a new one built the conditions of the garden areas at the property dividing line changed dramatically. The sprinkler heads that were installed were no longer in the right place for adequate surface coverage and new areas were created which had never needed irrigation but now they do.
The Technician (Dorian) listened to my needs carefully. Went ahead with the changes and completed the job in quick order. Thank you A.A. Waters and Brooks for being so intent on great customer service.

We had the best technician at my place on Friday August 9, 2019. He took his time to explain how I could maximize the water coverage. He also showed how to get the best out of the system and Rain Barrel. The technician was very pleasant and knowledge. I have used the company for years.
Cost is for a year contract. My lot is corner and a good size.

I've used AA Waters & Brookes for many years. Their service is excellent, their techs proficient and professional. The office support is great. Had a recent repair done, it was done quickly and and at a fair price.

Service man arrived early which helped my schedule. Did an outstanding job of repairing sprinkler leak, fixing all sprinkler heads which improved the overall performance of system. Effective and efficient service at its' best

At the outset Allan was very professional and informative. The team arrived as planned and worked through the installation in one day. Efficient and polite. Minimal lawn damage and the system is working like a charm. Jeff provided the follow up and training on the system. Jeff was also excellent and very helpful.

Great service and very efficient. They keep a great record so you don't need to give them a ton of detail and they get it done, even if you're not home to supervise!

Alan, the business owner is a professional engineer who is an honest peoples person.

My choice of this Company was based on my person to person experience with Alan, the product and the professional level of service I received, starting from the initial meet, to installation and to date the positive collobration with his Company.
