My story is no different than the numerous complaints below. Bought a piece of furniture Dec. 22....was still waiting for it Mar. 22.
Agree that this company should be out of business. I got lucky in my ordeal and wanted to share a bit of advice. If you have paid by VISA (the one that provides a guarantee onf purchases), contact them, let them know that you have not received the product or service and they will debit the merchant's account and credit you back (very little questions asked). I would keep evidence (dates/times/record of conversations) that you've had as evidence), although VISA told me that the burden of proof rests with the merchant that they have delivered the product. Note that you only have 117 days from date of purchase to request a refund (I was at day 90 of waiting, with the same excuses as you have all heard.
I'm sure Marnie was very unpleasantly surpised when she was short 800.00 in her account, which put a big smile on my face. A little payback for all the anguish she has caused all of us.
Hopefully this advice will help some poor soul out there.
