In Dec 2010 I bought kitchen table and 4 chairs and was stupid to pay in advance. We set delivery for January 2011 (Jan. 5 for table to my daughter place what is done after few phone calls) and chairs for date that will be determined when I come from vacation on Jan. 6. Since then I am trying to get my chairs unsuccesfully. Every time is something else - delivery truck is broken, delivery boy's brother is in hospital, etc. They even send me totaly wrong chairs and when my wife said that she is not going to take them delivery man wanted to force her to take them because he is going to pick up some other furniture and he doesn't have enough space on his truck. Today is Jan.30 and she said today is day. Will see. Any way I send complain to the Ontario Customer Protection Agency and maybe they can do something about this horendous bussines.
