I have been a loyal Brock customer for years. There was a discrepancy in colour between the estimate and contract. I am now out of pocket to match the storm door with my enclosure. Brock offered a gift certificate which I will not be using as I will no longer have dealings with Brock. Customer loyalty does not appear to be valued by this company.

We have appreciated your loyalty to our company over the course of many years & many home improvements, and we still feel this way. We understand there was a recent misunderstanding in regards to the colour of your storm door. On the signed copy of your contract, it states the colour as being brown, and you were advised by your representative that bronze was not an available option. As a common courtesy for your disappointment in this, we offered a gift certificate for the troubles. The gift certificate is not to be redeemed within our stores, it would be for your own personal use at one of the many restaurants it's applicable for.
It is disheartening for us see you feel letdown, as this was not our intention. We'd like to apologize for the discrepancy.
