Everest responded quickly and Indra arrived the same day as our call. As he worked on the diagnostic he kept me informed and was sure I saw the problem clearly as he offered details on what had happened and the steps to do the repair. He was upfront about the costs for each step that might be needed to solve the problem. Indra had to return the next morning with an intern as the equipment necessary was very heavy and had to be carried down three flights of stairs. When the system was flushed, he was sure to show me the results while offering suggestions to prevent the same issue again in our 45-year-old home with clay pipe running to the street sewer. Indra cleaned up three drains involved very thoroughly when he was done. The bill was exactly as quoted. Indra was transparent in all his interactions answering all my questions patiently. His main objective was for me to understand and trust the problem and solutions. I confidently would contact Everest if I have problems in the future.
