I am extremely dissapointed in the service i have received from Nordik. I had initially purchased my patio door from QSI and from day 1 there were issues with door and install. When Nordik bought out QSI they took over and i am still dealing with the same issues 4 years later. The damage it has caused and the stress i have gone through is sickening. I have had over 10 tech visits , 2 visits from the manager "Kevin" and i still have water coming into my home. Kevin promised on his last visit that if it leaked again they would replace the door and even provided me with his personal cell #. To date, my calls and emails have not been returned and i am still dealing with the emotional stress of it all.

Jordan came out to install a bbq line and gas line for our stove. Called company on a tues they showed up on Thursday! Jordan showed up on time and did a great job. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Prices are great and I would deal with this company again!

Qsi was very professional. James who did the initial estimate was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Ive had a few hiccups but I have been very happy how they have been handled so far. They were quick to come up with a solution.

Had my eaves, fascia and soffit done by dusko and his crew. Not 1 bad complaint. They did such a clean job. He is very personable and easy to deal with. Ive done a lot of work on my house lately and he's the only one who I've left a review for. That should mean something. Thanks to his wife Maya for the great communication!
