Valentin was excellent. Showed up promptly in the morning. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, Covid compliant, respectful, courteous and great sense of humor too! He gave us a couple of tips which we found really useful. We replaced our main water shut off valve proactively plus replaced a couple of worn out existing valves (Fridge and humidifier) which were bothering us by better quality valves which Valentin recommended. He noticed another valve was getting worn out and replaced it without charging us which we really appreciate. We will be using this company for sure in future for all our plumbing needs.

Since I had a great experience using Ishpal's (Frontier) service twice previously (humidifier and a fireplace), I contacted him for a quote to replace our furnace. He showed up on time and explained the various options available to us. We took sometime to do our own research and we contacted Ishpal again when we were ready (we went ahead with a Rheem furnace). Ishpal did a great job with the installation and everything went extremely seamlessly/smooth. He cleaned the area really well once he completed the installation and very patiently explained the features/operation of the new furnace to us! Furnace works great! Extremely satisfied! Ishpal is a pleasure to work with and extremely patient and professional! Highly recommended!

I have placed an order with Structube for a sectional sofa on April 23/2016 from Trinity commons (Great lakes drive). Have also paid $90 delivery charge. So far no issues but a bit concerned after seeing all the reviews here. I am disabled and currently under treatment for cancer so will be of no help to the deliver guys so I hope they're really good and do not damage my walls, floors etc. I will update this review once I receive the sectional and set it up in my living room and will revaluate my review at that time. I found Frontier's contact details while doing a Google search since I was having trouble controlling the humidity in my house. I called and spoke to Ishpal Bhutta . I already had a humidifier but there was condensation taking place on my windows. He was courteous and asked a couple of questions on the phone. We fixed a time and he was punctual. Ishpal identified the part that had malfunctioned on my Honeywell humidifier. He had to order the part but did not charge me for the first visit. He then came by with the part and installed it. He actually ended up quoting much less then he paid for the part but he said since he had given me his word he would stick to his original quote. I really appreciated his honesty and sincerity. I have since referred Ishpal to a couple of my friends for their heating and air conditioning needs and they have found him excellent as well. I will continue to use Ishpal and highly recommend him! I give him a rating of 10.

Serge has been great. He has never disappointed me. Very easy to get along with and reasonable. He has installed and maintains my sprinkler system for about 2 years now. I have recommended him to my brother in law who ended up getting sprinklers installed from him too. Great guy and great service. I give him a rating of 10

My roof sprung a small leak since we had lots of rain past couple of days. My house is only about 7 years old. My wife called a couple of contractors but they started diagnosing the problem over the phone and wanted money even before seeing my roof. I took to homestars. Saw the reviews of City 1 Roof works and then sent them an email. I was surprised to receive a call from Danny in an hour. He was extremely courteous and professional and asked for details. I told him that I understand that the job was very small for his company. He said that he will be coming by this week to see what the problem was. I give him a score of 10 based on his initial response. He has lived up to his reputation on Homestars so far. I will update my post once he comes over this week. Update to Above: Chuck came by on Thursday from Roofs on Homes which is a division of City 1 Roof works(as per his business card). Very nice guy and extremely courteous & knowledgeable. I was very happy just talking to him. He climbed up and found what the problem was. He explained to me what the root cause was and also took pictures which he showed me. He promptly went back up and fixed the problem. I was also extremely impressed that he was so confident with his workmanship that he gave me a warranty certificate for the work. We had a lot of rain last night on Friday and so far no leaks. He also promptly emailed me all the pictures of my roof which I had requested him. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Chuck & Danny!

I have used Pesticon's service a couple of times, since I live on a ravine. I have only good things to say about Waheed Ahmed. I called him after seeing his reviews on homestars and am happy to say he his lived up to his reputation. I find him extremely professional & courteous. He knows what he is doing and will not try to pressure you into doing stuff that is not required. In fact if something is not needed he will be honest with you and tell you to save your money. He will do the job very efficiently for a reasonable cost with fantastic results. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We recently got some work done by Sure-loc. We only have good things to say about them....great people and amazing crew. My wife called them for an estimate and Danny from sales showed up. Nice guy. We really liked him. I had earlier gone on Homestars and done some research. From what I could tell after reading the reviews was that their work was really amazing but you had to follow up with them to get your work done. We expressed this to Danny. He told us that he would be the point of contact and assured us that we wouldn't have to call him and chase him to get the job done. He was absolutely right. He called us the next week and gave us a date when the work would start. True to his word, everything moved like clockwork. We were really amazed by the co-ordination of these guys. First a bunch of trucks showed up to drop the material. Soon after, the excavation guys showed up. Their leader was this amazing guy...we didnt get his name. They dug up everything in a matter of hours. Soon after they dug up everything, excavation team showed up in a truck with a caterpillar and in a couple of minutes he and the team cleared up all the debris. Our three year old daughter was watching from the window and was amazed at the speed they were working at. Right after them the stone laying crew showed up and were equally efficient. They finished the job in a couple of hours and did an amazing job. Sure-loc was incredible. Their price was reasonable and they were really professional and respectful. I apologize for the lengthy review...but I had to do justice to the amazing service rendered by these guys. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
